Dr. Chang got his chiropractic degree from AIC considered by many the best in the country. He also received a degree in traditional Chinese medicine while in Taiwan. And then later a PhD in pharmacology here in the states. He was able to diagnose and treat what I thought was a back problem but actually stemmed from a 3 year old sports injury in my ankle cause the bones to be misaligned thus causing the back pain. I instantly regained balance and strength in the left side of my body and by the next morning was pain free for months. He has been in the USA for a very long time and understands English perfectly, but he still has a very thick accent and at first I felt that he wasn't understanding me. If you don't understand his answers make sure you ask the questions you have till you are satisfied with the answer.
