I had a procedure in Jan 2012... After my procedure it was a rush to get me off of the place. When I woke from my surgery I was crying and just very upset... they rushed me to get dressed and told me it was time to go less then 1/2 after my procedure. I was unable to walk steadily and tried to hold my nurses hand but he pushed it away and told me not to touch him. Then he walked me to my car when we got there my car was empty and the nurse left me there all alone when I could not even stand on my own hanging on my mirror as he went inside to try to find my husband. I have seen animals been treated better then i was.
This surgery center is ok if you enjoy being treated like a piece of meat. I was put in a gown then put in a room with several other patients. The room was full of people trying to hold on to some form of dignity. There were individuals who used foul language and one male individual who was reaching his boiling point for being put in this situation. The wait in this room was well over one hour. Then I was taken to another area where there was no privacy at all. I was put on a gournery and my IV was started in view of several patients. HIPPA laws are a joke in this facility. I'm a RN and feel I know how things could be handled. Worst part is the procedure that done left me little relief from my neck pain and the bill was way over what my insurance allowed.
