The chairs in the waiting room at were the cheap plastic kind. My back started to hurt while I was waiting. I was completely distressed during my appointment. I was unable to relax and ended up having to leave. I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely
had doubts about their qualifications. Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating.
They are horrible people people! the nurses are unexperienced and when you do not sign your home over to them they will call Social Services on you, so that they will take your loved one away. They threaten and bully! STAY FAR AWAY from this company if you love your family!
