I liked that I was allowed to stay with my pet throughout the appointment. They really make an effort to make sure that the pets are comfortable and happy at all times, which in turn makes me very happy as well. Dr. Hayes is great and he always take the time to address all my concerns. The desk staff is always friendly, and I've never felt awkward (like some other places I've visited) when I've tried to ask a lot of questions. Copper really doesn't hate the vet at all! Dr. Hayes takes goo care of him and he is one healthy dog because of it!
