When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of. My pet is always so well taken care of and gets so much love and attention from all of the staff. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.
