I was very uncomfortable with the amount of foul language they used. I wish they had been more professional. Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to. One of the first things I noticed when I came in for my appointment here was that the building was not handicap-accessible. I didn't see any ramps or wheelchair accessibility, which seemed kind of strange to me.
