BEWARE! Let me just say, I was pretty shocked that this business was in such a bad neighborhood. It's not what I was expecting when I made the appointment and I did not feel safe. A couple of times they've stayed open a few minutes past their closing time to help me, but most of the time they'll close at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. They were more about MEDICARE MONEY than truly helping people. Watch out for smooth talkers but the workers are for the most part just collecting their paychecks.. It was very clear that they didn't take pride in their office's appearance or cleanliness.
