When I told them about my situation, they were somewhat understanding, but they could have been more caring. They didn't try very hard to understand where I was coming from. They've answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.
