As a col/rectal cancer survivor and a patient who has been in an experimental program after 2 years with my colostomy bag I was referred to Dr. Cordum when I had my reconnection. He was not understanding and informed me I did not have any bowel issues. "They were in my head". After a trip to the hospital I I was diagnosed with "C-diff" which he still said was a "non-issue". I continued to have blockages, these were also in my head. Upon changing to another office (WOW, that is not easy, I had to have his permission) I was diagnosed with several problems that should have been addressed which one surgery was able to correct. NONE of the issues where in my HEAD, they were very real and easily fixed when correctly addressed.
