This facility has to be the worst I've ever visited. I've visited many elder family members and friends at different rehabs and nursing homes, but the staff at Eastpointe have absolutely no sense of urgency and/or no compassion for their patients. The staff acts as if you're a burden when you ask them a question or for assistance for a family member who is the patient. They give you attitude and look at you as if they wish death upon you. I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to this place. I am being brutally honest because I am an honest person who cares for my family and friends.
