I didn't learn anything about risks and benefits of any treatment they have in mind for me. I'm very uncomfortable with proceeding with my treatment. I need to be more informed. I don't think the office knows anything about insurance billing! I'm afraid that I'll have to fight the bill. I was horrified at how badly they treated their staff members. I felt so bad for all of them. It made me lose a lot of respect for them. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. They make no effort to be flexible in booking appointments. Very frustrating! They use condemnation as treatment and will call you "demonic" if you do not obey and submit to staff's counsel and will destroy your marriage or social contacts in order to teach you a lesson.
