Worst customer service we've experienced! I was quoted a price over the phone for a procedure, and as soon as we were actually charged it was almost twice as much. The office manager Deanna had the gull to tell me that it is what it is, and that she personally thinks we got a good deal! So glad that she is the one who handles our personal finances and makes the decision on how we spend our money! Absolutely appalled. If you go here get it in WRITING how much the cost of a procedure will be! Because they are dishonest! BTW we have been going here for over 2 years and have spent a couple thousand dollars here, this is the service they give to a repeat client.

I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. Of course at times vets have to do unpleasant procedures on the pets, but they always demonstrate care and compassion. I really trust them and so do my pets. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. The staff here goes above and beyond to make my pet and me feel at home. They are the friendliest people!
