After trying to loose 15 stubborn pounds on my own, a friend referred me to the Ideal Protein program clinic with Nanci Wells. I was greeted with huge smiles and calming atmosphere. Nanci explained the program within my understanding but I will admit I was doubtful of my own will power and ability to follow this strict program. It took only a couple of weeks of her great coaching and my seeing results to gain the will power, determination and desire to loose and be able to fit in my clothes. The maintenance phase taught me to eat foods I enjoy within moderation to keep the weight off. When I slip up and put on a couple of pounds I go see Nanci for coaching to get back on a level to loose to my "Happy Weight". Thanks Nanci.........Joan Glaze

Fantastic down to earth - no smoke or mirrors! I went to Alderdice Sports & Family Chiropractic, PC for weight loss and was told, "if you do everything as instructed you will take off the weight." My initial goal was 30 pounds I ended up with an amazing 40 pounds off! I continue to go back every week to maintain and Nancy never gets tired of seeing me!

I travel a great deal for work but I was able to maintain the diet and frankly after a few weeks I was feeling more energized than I have ever felt in a long time! My blood pressure went down the shakiness from the sugar highs stopped. Nancy Wells is absolutely the best to work with! She will shoot you straight, is dedicated will do whatever it takes to help you through the tough times! No matter what their will be some tough days but with Nancy's guidance she makes it easy. Nancy works as a nurse in emergency hospital and her schedule is demanding but she is dedicated to her clients always text or calls them back! Once I was stuck out of town due to a snow storm and didn't have enough product for the week- Nancy made sure to overnight the shipment to my hotel!

As the pounds dropped off my husband was in shock! My daughter is amazed and in fact I am in sizes she can't come close to! When I go to the grocery story they think I am her sister... everyone compliments me!

I had clothes (suits and designer outfits) in the closet (not sure why I didn't give them away) for at least 10 years or more. Do you know what it feels like to walk back 10 years in time and get into outfits you only dreamed about? Well it's no longer a dream... if you want to lose weight if you are determined and focused Nancy Wells is the lady to help you make it happen!
