I went to Dr. Esplin when I found a golf-ball sized lump on my dogs neck just under her ear. Dr. Esplin determined that he needed to tranquilize my dog and then open it up to see what was inside. Seeing my dog in a tranquilized state reminded me of my fathers recent passing from Cancer and I became tearful. Dr. Esplin and his tech's, particularly one named Jared, were super empathetic and attentive to me. They took very good care of my little dog and even let me stay until I felt "comfortable" leaving. They even helped me out to my car. Thank you so much for your empathy and expertise. Perhaps my emotion was more pronounced in this situation than was necessary, but thank you for responding to me with such care, kindness, and humanity. I'll be back!!!
It was unbelievable how gentle this vet was with my pet and it really helped my pet feel at ease. It's very apparent that they truly care about us and our pets and that this is not a job for them, but their passion and purpose. I do plan on recommending this animal hospital to my friends and family. I was really pleased with their work and how they treated my pets. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay.
