I've gone to Dr. Li many times for a variety of problems, since at least 2015. Not only does he listen very closely to what you have to say, he explains what he is doing and what to expect. He also gives other advice that he perceives will help the patient to improve their health and improve their conditions. This includes nutritional and exercise recommendations. While most of his patients are there for the acupuncture, I have also seen him for both acupuncture and herbal treatments. I've always felt improved after his acupuncture. One time he felt that I was stressed (not what I came in for), so he treated me for that, too -- when I left I felt virtually joyous for hours! (Nothing lasts forever, sadly).
