I hated that their phone kept ringing during my appointment. I wish they had silenced their cell phone because it was really annoying. One area of improvement could be keeping their kennels and holding areas a little cleaner, I wasn't overly impressed. I was a little disappointed at how helpful the staff was when I called with my questions and concerns. They definitely could have been more polite. They were not friendly to my pet at all. They were cold and seemed to really scare my poor furry friend. They sucked my wallet dry and then after two weeks said they had to put my dog down.So thanks to them my boy has died.$3,000 later!!
