They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they had to refer me to specialists. The office was very easy to locate, but could be passed by because one may not expect it to be where it is. I didn't have any trouble finding it, but had to double back a couple of blocks for the aforementioned reason. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience.
