Administration at this location is concerned about one thing (a paycheck). Please do not bother to call with a concern. Your phone call will not be returned. If you happen to get administration on the phone they are great at passing the buck. You can get good care for your loved one, if you stay informaed and stay on top of things. They do not check medical history unless you provide them the information, so be sure and bring it with you when your loved one is admitted. If you have a concern, you will need to stay on top of it for it to be addressed (do not assume that telling a CNA or LPN will correct the problem). Unfortunately this Nursing Center currently fits into the stereotype for Nursing Centers. If you are unable to check on your loved one on a daily basis, this may not be an appropriate placement for them.
