Receptionist didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them that i just wanted to pay my balance. She kept chewing food when she talked to me. Every time I had a concern about what she was asking me she made me feel like I shouldn't have called. They weren't helpful at all. 11/12/2013
