This is a GREAT place for your pet! Always the best of care and concern for our pets and us! We recently had an emergency situation with our 8 yr old Shepard, We were immediately taken in, our pet was operated on and the Dr. spent at least 30 minutes via phone that evening telling us all about the procedure, results and what to expect subsequently. Absolutely the epitome of customer care & professionalism of all the staff. They are also a 24 hr emergency facility for established patients, which is wonderful (instead of traveling an hour away).

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

Always. Not only do they send reminder cards, they also send adorable cards during the holidays

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
