They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I was pleased with the good condition of their equipment. Everything seemed safe and current, and I knew my pet was in good hands. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored.
