They were late a few times to my appointments. I did, however, make a last minute appointment in there defense and I have never waited more than 30 min., I think that's pretty good for a last min. appointment! As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable, they sent in a male Dr., have never had a male Dr. ever, so I asked for a female, they were more than happy to meet my request. They've never used foul language or terms that made me uncomfortable. They always make an extra effort to be polite, courteous, timely, and painless.
