This is not a counselor setting. It is a chiropractor office and the staff is SNOTTY. They are so obsessed with money and payment that the counselor Monica would not even see me until they looked up authorizations. The staff should do that while you're in your appointment! They make you sign 100 papers anyway, saying you are fully responsible for payment and retain your social security number. Monica Houttuin is a JOKE!
