This hospital is horrible! The service by some of the nursing staff, housekeeping and kitchen staff is horrible. Never did we think the service at the Euclid Hospital would be this bad. We honestly wished we would have chosen Main Campus CC for our elderly father. We check on him constantly and always have to ask for garbage to be removed, food trays to be removed, bed sheets to removed. His clothes to be changed because of the blood on them Horrible Horrible hospitalThey are so put out, by doing the job they were hired to do, and trained for, but honestly I don't think they were schooled. We feel that if you are not happy with your job, change it. So many people would love to have a job and could do a lot better than the current staff that you have working there. You honestly could learn a lot from the Main Campus CC, they are terrific when it comes to the service and bedside manner. What a shame that when you are sick and in need of TLC you are treated with no respect and no dignity. Don't get me started on trying to call the hospital, the operators you have are rude, again put out. No wonder we are reading bad reviews on this hospital. Maybe the higher ups should do some house cleaning of their own to make it a place for people to go to when they need help. Instead of being treated like a burden. Some one should tell them, it is a hard job but you are being compensated and very nicely as well.
