Would have given zero star if possible. My wife went there to get her blood test as well as pap-smear test done. They gave us an appointment to draw the blood...however their "expert" nurse was not able to draw blood from my wife. They asked us to come later to see more experienced nurse. What was shocking that we received her blood test report via mail signed by our doctor (Dr. Anshu Dhingra) even before we went to give our blood sample. The blood report said that everything was normal. We called up the doctor to ask how this was possible. Her reply was shocking "I have so many reports to sign, I hardly get time to look at all of them". As if to add salt to injury she sent us a $5 starbucks gift card as compensation for that.
Her pap-smear test also showed normal and that everything was fine. We got that done again as well from a different place and this time we found out something that could not have been a recent development. My wife would have had this condition when we got her tested in pacific medical group. That means they just bloody took the sample and did not do any test. They just bloody charged us for the blood work and pap smear. Save your life don't step into that facility.
