They definitely pressured me to buy products. I felt like they were just trying to make money off me. I was pretty surprised with how far away this business was from everything. It took me forever to get there and I kept getting lost. I felt bad for my pets because they were so anxious to leave, I've never experienced a reaction like that before. The veterinarian didn't even do anything to try to calm them down. They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment. I was never able to fully relax.
