The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else. I was disappointed that their staff didn't seem to respect them very much. They weren't disrespectful but I could tell they didn't have a very good relationship. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They left me completely alone for a long time and I Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to.
