They don't have that great of a professional reputation in my community. They definitely aren't known for being experts. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. The chairs in the waiting room were not too comfortable. I didn't want to wait too long. I was uncomfortable that they were reluctant to seek any sort of outside advice when they didn't have an answer for my question. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I didn't find the staff, including the administration, to be very professional, and they discourage friendships, and bonding between the residents, unqualified staff.
not the cleanest place either, the 'nursing staff' are also the housekeepers and the meals were something to be desired, the maintenance man was also the cook! not a place I would want someone I care about to stay
