After purchasing ( for cash ) a new electric Hoyer lift for more than $2000.00. It was decided that it is not needed. It is brand new. We contacted them on multiple occasions and they will not accept it back. (do not expect a full refund) Their "policy" is 10 days. This family has purchased many thousands of dollars worth of services - with more than 1 customer, oxygen, electric wheel chair, other support equipment. Still standing by " the policy". The lift is Brand New in the same spot they delivered it!
