read the fine print if you are on auto pay, they tell you one amount then if your insurance changes anything they will take money from you right then. they will take any money out of your account whenever they want without warning. At least when anyone else takes money out they warn you before they do not Apria. then when you try to discuss it and get your money back you take to people that are rude and try to talk over you like you are stupid. Rudest people I have ever talked to.

Worst company I have ever has any business with, their customer service has no idea of what they are doing. Every time I have to call them I get run a round. It took forever for them to get my insurance correct, so during that time I was being charged 100% of the bill. Wish I had choose a different company for my cpap supplies.
