Pricing was ok. The scooter we rented died several times, once while on a bus that was held up due to this, and once while on a line waiting to view the Liberty Bell making it untrustworthy to use the following day. My wife did not want to be stuck in Philly with a dead scooter unable to get around. Hence, we had to cancel our plans for the day because you can't get in touch with anyone after 5:00 pm or on a Saturday as there is no available personnel to reach in case of an emergency to obtain another scooter or chair. The manager I spoke with after 3 days of phone calls attempting to reach him had poor customer service and management skills, only able to state that "our prices are better than others" and repeat what "the company's policy is" that was irrelevant to the problem at hand, discounting my consumer concerns. He told me that the same scooter was "tested" and rented the following Tuesday without incident implying that I was lying about what occurred and a 25% restocking fee applies.
Believe me, this has nothing to do with money as that is minimal, but all to do with customer relations. I would not recommend this company as reliable or consumer conscious.
