This place doesn't even deserve one star. They just don't care about their customers! I need monthly supplies and every month I get the same runaround. It takes at least 5 days to process and once it's processed don't expect a courtesy call to let you know it's ready. They don't care if you have your supplies or not!!!

When you call them, they don't listen to what you are saying. I've had them try to talk over me frequently! Get some customer service training!!!!

Worst rental experience we've ever had. Despite two phone calls setting up a transport chair rental, explaining in great detail what we wanted, and paying an exorbitant fee for delivery and pickup to our hotel, the chair was delivered to the wrong hotel. This was after having checked earlier to see if the chair had been delivered while we were on the road and the office expressing no knowledge of the rental. The delivery driver was not responsive during phone calls. It took the hotel staff to go retrieve the chair from the other hotel.
