Unfortunately I selected them to set me up with CPAP and supplies. First of all they just were unavailable. They never called me back after the 6 weeks of wait they gave me. I had to call them multiple times. There is never anyone to answer calls. I am on my second wait of 20 minutes. First one I was hung up on. After nagging and arguing about getting the CPAP before end of years so as to not start over out of pocket I finally got set up. When I received the bill at very end of December I caught the fact that they had set me up on a RENTAL PLAN that would cost me over $350.00 out of pocket each month! Whereas just buying it would cost me nothing as per my insurance company. They never asked or explained options.. Now going on close to an hour of wasted time resolving this mess. It looks like I will have to drive over there and hopefully find somebody! Horrible! Just don't do it!

Complete and utterly worthless company to work with. Get your equipment and supplies elsewhere. They sold me a recalled and refurbished (not to my knowledge) Cpap machine that was 6 years old and still charged me full price. They told me to call their billing department to get my bill adjusted and they hung up on me.
