DO NOT USE ACCUCARE in Westlake on Center Ridge.

My mom who is a disabled former police officer who was shot in the line of duty need medical equipment. Accucare offered used equipment that I did not accept for pest and equipment failure reasons. For 2 weeks I waited on the new equipment. The “new” equipment was brought to my home but it didn’t work. They sent an employee to see what the problem was but he wasn’t able to get it to work properly. He expected me to to use my body weight to make the equipment work correctly. I refused because the equipment should work with ease. Accucare failed to remedy the issue and sent me on my way. I am appalled that a local store that I was trying to patronize would do this to a person in need.
