I was at Lake Barkley last weekend and had an emergency with my sisters oxygen.I had taken 11 tanks with us on this 2 hr trip along with her concentrator. A big storm rolled through and we kept losing power which meant she had to switch to tanks. I call the Lincare here in my home town of Owensboro for help in contacting the Lincare in Paducah. I finally reached their office, talked to a really nice lady, She contacted the emergency delivery guy, Richard,(he said he was the only Richard that worked there)he returned my call, left a message to call him back. I would have if he had left a number to contact him at.When we finally touched base he, Richard, informed me that he would deliver if I could asure him the power would go out and stay out and if I couldnt, he would deliver AFTER my sisters oxygen tanks were EMPTY. Lets see, he is 45 mins from where I was, can someone with copd, that her oxygen levels stay around 86 wait 45 mins for oxygen? NO. I have waited a week to write this to cool down. Now you have my story. Will Lincare even look at this? I bet not. If they do will they do anything about it? NO.
If you are researching Lincare and live in the Paducah service area, DONT USE THEM!!!!!!!
I will confess, I ended up telling Richard, to bite my big white a** and there was plenty of it to kiss.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Thank you to all the staff at Lincare for all you have done to make my health situation so much easier and better for me. you have been great all around.
