This store has somewhat of a monopoly in the Boise Valley. They say they will do something on a house call, but when they show up their "service technician" just looks at your wheelchair, stand assist chair, or access accessory and says, "hmm, yup that needs repaired." If a person depends on that mobility device, they are screwed and possibly bed ridden until the repairs can be made. These people run a scam like this, charge you hundreds of dollars for it and then say that it will go toward the repairs (which are scheduled weeks out). They suck!
