They were a little too argumentative and angry. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say. They probably could have used some continuing education courses to get up-to-date on more current methods. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible. Don't do business with them - they are not customer friendly and their no return policy sucks. Poor business practice and definitely not community friendly when my objective was to do business in Westchester.
