When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. The pharmacist provided me with the most detailed explanation I have ever received. I knew exactly what I was prescribed and when to take it.

The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.
