Okay I am a new transplant from California to Missouri and I have some special medication needs and my insurance is express scripts so I have large copays for my meds but I am grateful I have med coverage... okay. However, my 1st encounter with this pharmacy was less than great and the women who helped me was completely rude... i think her name was linda... I complained to the manager. My 2nd encounter not so bad but my third encounter was a nightmare. I called to notify the pharmacy that I had a secondary insurance for one of my meds and the lady the RX tech stated that she is well aware of how to import medical insurance coverage and that she had never heard of a program that is a statewide federally funded program, as no one has ever come in the store with the condition. I was throughley embarassed but I insisted on speaking with the actual pharmacist. She was more helpful. I plan on moving all my medications to target down the street, based on my horrible experience and the ignorance I was met with, I would not recommend this pharmacy.
