Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid. I would never recommend them to anyone. They were slow, inefficient, and just down right rude. Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to. Every time I come here I feel so unwelcome as soon as I enter the door. They can never seem to remember my name when I first arrive and always forget it throughout my appointment. its is the male pharmacist..i asked for a sript my dr had ordered for me in said it was on hold..i ordered it again on the third and still didn't get it. so i went back to my doctor and he said i have three refills..so i went back to store today and the lady pharmacist..who is wonderful.gave it to me immediately.. i feel the male stopped me from getting my prescription and it must have been on purpose..other times over the months he has made me cry..and is always rude. my dr at appleton hospital says he hangs up on him too..everyone is told not to go when he is working...if this doesn't change..you will have no customers left..my fathers scripts cost around 1k a month..but i will start driving to benson and leave your company if it doesn't change..i am so angry i am considering calling the state. he prevented me from getting my prescription because he is nasty. i know there is a licensing board for in my and all the towns opinion he shouldn't have one.. and i will pursue this
