We are open 365 days per year and specialize in creating custom medications for any member of your family...including the non-human kind. We also have trained fitters on-site to fit diabetic shoes. This is a very incompetent pharmacy. You call them and ask them to fill a script, they say they will fill it and mail it, 2 weeks later, you re still waiting, and suffering while you wait because you are out of medicine, so you call them again and discover they haven t even mailed it yet. When you ask them WHY they haven t mailed it, they give you some lame excuse that the credit card you had on file expired. So, when you wonder out loud why they didn t call you when they discovered this, so that you could renew the credit card info, they have no excuse. They are just too lazy to call their patients and tell them when there is a problem preventing them from sending the medicine. And the clerks are very snarky and rude, They will keep you suffering unnecessarily for weeks and then be all stuck up when you ask them why they didn t just call you 2 weeks ago to resolve the problem. They are really horrible, lazy, rude and inconsiderate people at that pharmacy. How hard is it to call the customer and say the credit card has expired and ask for updated info? Don't we all try harder than this to do our jobs? Over at Western Drug Pharmacy, they aren't trying at all. This is such a dreadfully incompetent pharmacy, I pity the lovely towns of Springerville and Eager for having only this one pharmacy to fill scrips!
