Place is old and waiting room uninviting. When I made appt I specifically asked if ear cleaning for my dog was included and was told it was AT NO CHARGE. Doctor is very knowledgeable but does not spend much time listening, rather giving advise. He seems unfocused and comes in an out of exam room quickly. Office front desk person acts like she hates her job. When it came time to paying bill they tried to charge for ear cleaning. I refused to pay so doctor said he would cut that fee in half, still not proper. He claimed he had given my dog an ear "probe", meaning looked into ear canal for any problems yet in exam room told me he did not bother doing an ear probe. Front desk person also got charge wrong and overcharged me but I just wanted to get out of there after spending TWO HOURS for a very simple situation. I left feeling screwed. This vet, like so many others, came across to me as just a money making machine with ala carte charges for everything. I would NOT go back there ever.
