If I were in need of a kennel for my pet I would definitely take them here. The kennels and holding areas in their office were some of the cleanest I have ever seen. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. The examining rooms at Animal Emergency Medical Center's office were immaculate. You could practically eat of the floor if you wanted to. There were no bad smells and everything seemed really sterile. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.
