I took my dog to the VCA Animal Medical Clinic in indieo ca my dog was very ill the vetanetan staff. Were very helpful and conciderant. However there was one male staff that work the front , that was very rude and unconciderable .he wore a gold earing we had to put are dog down and we just wanted to see him for the last time and the male staff was very rude makeing faces at me very unproffesinal i paid lots of money and to get treated what way no way someone needs to let him know.

Unlike other veterinarians I've been too, I have never seen them appear overwhelmed by too many pets. They are extremely organized and make sure the vet has plenty of time to see each patient for as long as necessary. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart.
