It is simple. I have lost trust in them as an animal doctor. Went for a normal check up. Vet cleared dog. A week later I take her back and they discover an ear and skin infection, I even told they during check up her ears were bothering her. Today, 7 days later, the other vet told me the 1st vet missed this, she couldn't ask him because he was out. While I'm waiting in a private room the table sign says " this table has been disinfected for the safety of your pet". I notice there is hair and dander all over the table. Clearly not even wiped off. I ask the tech why it wasn't cleaned she said "well thats not my job".

Its obvious this place can't do the small things right so how will they do the big things right. Your better off going to another vet because MAC just points fingers and takes no responsibility.

we had a pet die over the weekend and needed to leave him for cremation. the clinic staff was so wonderful and understanding - I could tell that they really felt for us.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing
