The staff is friendly for the most part, the front of the clinic is not laid out well and there is frequently unavoidable contact between animals. Dr. Able is the owner and is outstanding as is Dr. Krabb. I would avoid Dr. Crowell as he has botched our pet's care three times now. He seems not to have the care and concern the others do. We have six pets and three of them went into the clinic recently. Two for surgery, one for an X-ray. All three came out with Kennel Cough! When we called to inquire if they had an outbreak we were told that they in fact did have one but never informed us! They gave us medicine for our animals and charged us over 140.00 for it! What a racket! This was the last straw for us. We are taking our six animals elsewhere. The cost is a bit more than I would like but if I can get quality care for my animals I would not mind. There are some nice people there but they just seem to overwhelmed to be able to care for each pet in the manner it deserves. There are better vet options out there.
