They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They were so easy to reach in an emergency during normal business hours, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.
Ok, I am not sure that I like that they wrote the review for me.
In short, there is never a wait. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They hold my pets for me while I check out and even help me to the car.
There is grass outside and I always take my dogs for a walk before entering but they are boys so sometimes they have an accident inside but the employees act like its no big deal and clean it up immediately. I am so embarrassed but they dont seem to care.
i think their prices are reasonable and they dont push. When I told them I wanted to check online for heartworm medicine they said fine and guess what, they were almost the same as pet smart.
I miss Dr. Schmitt but I am very happy with Dr. Sullivan and i recommend him to everybody!
