I have taken both of my dogs to Hulen Hills for over 7 years. The staff is always smiling and pleasant. I have just the opposite experiences as the previous reviewer. Hulen Hills has been, as far as going to the hospital goes, the best place we have ever taken any pet. The reception area is clean and has coffee. Sometimes I do have to wait a few minutes to be seen , but usually things are right on schedule. The doctors, especially Dr. Dailey (who isn't there any more) spend as much time with me as I need, explaining what is going on with my pet. I have NEVER felt rushed or mistreated by the folks at Hulen Hills.

I didn't get to see the vet very long before they were rushed off to another room. They really make no effort to maintain a professional appearance here. I was shocked at how unprofessional they looked. They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them. This veterinarian is so unfriendly to both me and my pet! I was almost offended at how cold and distant they were All they wanted was more and more money an d then they said that he could not even do the surgery but the other vet could do it but he was more expensive. This was infact the worst vet ever...
