Would give a negative star rating if possible. They absolutely refused to treat an emergency of a dying kitten that I brought to them because of "appointments", and they just couldn't (Insert eyeroll here) call the vet because he was at the stables. I went to the stable, found one man who wasn't the doc, and he said he'd call them and tell them what meds they could give until the vet showed up. The "meds" consisted of fluids and glucose- which I could do at home! This kitten was HAVING SEIZURES and needed immediate care from a licensed vet, not some teeny bopper that doesn't even have any vet training other than "I've worked here for awhile..."!! I wouldn't take my animals here, because if you can't schedule an appointment for AN EMERGENCY, they don't give a damn!

To clarify, this was the STAFF at the vet's that were useless and uncaring- I've never met the doctor in a patient setting, and I definitely won't because of the callous nature of his staff. He needs people that ACTUALLY LOVE ANIMALS to work with him. I think they were mad that I interrupted their time playing on the computer because I kept insisting on help from a real vet.
