If I could give a negative star rating I would do that immediately. This so called "animal hospital" has the worst people skills and that would be ok if they knew how to diagnose and treat animals, but they can not competently do that either. they are terrible human beings, from the office staff to the clinical staff. my family had to bring our dog there after being misdiagnosed by them and needing to be put to sleep. we had to carry our dog in and was not even offered a room, but made to sit in the waiting room with everyone else, even though we were emotional wrecks. the first thing that they were concerned about was being paid, making sure we paid first was a priority for them telling us "we ask for payment first due to customers being emotional at the end of the visit". just when we thought it couldn't get worse, both the vets that came in to do the euthanizing were, to put it nicely, clowns. referring to the drugs they were using as " the same medication michael jackson overdosed on". to put this into perspective, this happened years ago, but the main point is that that one horrible experience with this "vet" has a lasting memory. so please DO NOT ever under any circumstances, give this office a chance to do the same thing to another animal or pet owner

NEVER will I use this "establishment"!!! Found a dog that was injured, lying in the snow, and brought it to this "animal hospital", the only vet in a 20 mile radius. The "Dr." refused to even look at the poor thing, stating, and I quote " If I found an injured animal in the road, would you want me to bring it to your house?" Hell yes!!! Even if I wasn't the only house on the block! What kind of a "Dr." or human being is this? If this is the way she treats an injued animal, I'd hate to see how she treats a healthy one! Her only interest was "Are you going to pay the bill for it?"
She will never break my spirit for being a good samaritan, and I will never recommend the Mt. Bethel Animal Hospital!
